Terms of service

A practical planning tool, with clear responsibilities and no promises of financial outcomes.

1. About these terms

These terms describe permitted use of the supplied MetricBoard static website. Showmeadowlistlm Analytics Ltd, reference MB-DEMO-2026-001, and the displayed registered address are fictional deployment placeholders, not verified legal registration details. Before public commercial operation, the deploying operator must identify the actual contracting entity and review these terms for its service and jurisdiction. Nothing on this page establishes that the illustrative entity is incorporated or provides a regulated service.

2. Tool scope and eligibility

MetricBoard is a browser-based dashboard for aggregate business figures. It provides arithmetic, monthly grouping, visualisation and local file export. It is not bookkeeping software, an audit service, a bank connection or a source of tax, investment or legal advice. You should have authority to use any business information you enter and the legal capacity required to use the service in your jurisdiction.

The supplied build has no account system, paid subscription or purchase flow. It makes no service-level commitment, uptime guarantee or commitment to future features. Demonstration figures are illustrative and must not be represented as actual business performance.

3. Your obligations and data

You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and consistency of your inputs. Do not enter unlawfully obtained information, customer identifiers, payment credentials or material you lack permission to process. Do not use the website to distribute malicious content, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its hosting or misrepresent exported figures to another person.

You retain your rights in your data. The supplied application does not upload dashboard records. You are responsible for device security, access to your browser profile and backups. Date-based replacement can overwrite an existing record, and browser storage can be deleted or become unavailable. Export important work and check calculations against authoritative source records before relying on a report.

4. Intellectual property and exports

Rights in website materials remain with their respective lawful rights holders, subject to applicable law and any separate licence supplied with the source files. These terms do not claim ownership of third-party rights or of the business data you provide. You may use the dashboard to create and share reports containing your own authorised data.

Do not present the site's branding as an endorsement, remove legally required notices from redistributed materials or imply that a dashboard export is independently certified. Your permission to distribute an export does not grant rights in confidential information belonging to someone else.

5. Accuracy and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the tool is provided as available without guarantees that it will meet every reporting requirement or operate without errors. Simplified profit excludes any costs you omit, manual KPIs do not update automatically, and monthly comparisons can include incomplete periods. You must exercise independent judgement.

To the extent lawfully permitted, the actual operator would not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities or data loss resulting from reliance on unverified inputs or failure to maintain backups. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Termination and changes

You can stop using the site at any time and remove its local storage through your browser. An actual operator may restrict hosted access for unlawful or abusive use or discontinue the hosted tool, subject to applicable obligations. There is no remote account to terminate in this build and no remote deletion facility for downloaded files. Changes to these terms should be dated and disclosed before materially different processing or commercial features begin.

7. Governing law and disputes

For a deployment operated from England and Wales, these terms propose the law of England and Wales and the competent courts there, subject to mandatory local consumer protections and jurisdiction rules. This is not a verified statement about the fictional operator's domicile. A live operator must confirm the applicable framework.

Raise concerns first through Contact with a clear description and the remedy sought. Informal discussion does not remove your right to contact a regulator or pursue available legal remedies. No mandatory arbitration procedure or waiver of non-waivable rights is imposed by this page.
